What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, chosen treatment, appointment date and time. We also keep the booking reference, price, payment reference and payment status. Our hosting service may process technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser and request logs. We do not ask you to enter medical information in the booking form.
How we use it
We use your details to reserve and manage your appointment, take payment, send confirmations, contact you about changes, answer enquiries, and keep business and payment records. Booking information is needed to provide the service you request. We also use records where necessary to meet legal and accounting obligations and to handle security, disputes and customer support. We do not use the booking form to sign you up for marketing emails.
Payments and service providers
Mollie handles online payments, including card entry and any bank authentication. Beauty Beacon receives payment status and reference information, but does not store your full card number on this site. OpenAI Sites hosts the website and booking database; Resend sends booking confirmation emails to you and the salon. These providers process relevant information to deliver those services. Their own privacy notices explain how they handle information within their services.
How long we keep information
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to manage appointments, respond to enquiries or disputes, and meet applicable accounting and legal requirements. We review what we hold and delete information when those purposes no longer require it. If you want us to review or remove your information, contact us using the details above; some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
Cookies and international processing
The site and its hosting or payment services may use essential cookies or similar technology to operate and secure the booking and payment flow. We have not added advertising or analytics tracking to this site. Our service providers may process information outside the UK; their applicable terms and data protection arrangements govern that processing. ChatGPT Sites does not offer a UK-only data residency option at present.
